About Richard Ivey

Richard grew up in a small town in country Victoria. Richard completed his schooling at Ivanhoe Grammar and went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Latrobe University in Bundoora. Throughout his working life, in various Accounting and Systems Accounting roles, he assisted small family companies, not-for-profit entities, right up to large multi-national groups improve the efficiency of their accounting and related IT systems. This included support of REA Group Ltd’s (realestate.com.au) worldwide accounting system. He has always had a keen interest in Real Estate and has purchased and sold properties throughout Australia.

Richard’s interest in Real Estate and a desire to ‘get out from behind a desk’ led him to complete his Real Estate Representative qualification and go on to work in Bairnsdale, Victoria as a Real Estate Sales Representative. To further his real estate knowledge and qualifications Richard then completed the required course to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2020 he started his very own Real Estate Agency, Coast to Country Real Estate.

Richard has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and keeps up to date with real estate trends across Australia. His friendly personality, professionalism, strong work ethic and experience means he can market your property to achieve the best possible sales outcome.

Whilst not working Richard enjoys spending time with his family, camping, boating, fishing and tending to his farm located at Sarsfield.
