As a proudly independent agency, Coast to Country Real Estate does real estate a little differently. There are no set working hours, whiteboards, prospecting targets, sales targets or company listings and we don’t do lengthy meetings or property caravans. This leaves us to focus on getting out and meeting people, establishing good working relationships and meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of our vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants. Our business continues to expand and we are now searching for a Trainee Real Estate Agent to join our award-winning team. This entry level position is an opportunity to get your start in real estate in a professional environment and be on the pathway to a successful and rewarding career.

To be considered for this exciting role you will require the following:

• Currently residing in (or willing to relocate to) the Orbost region of Victoria
• A natural networker with a passion for real estate
• A good working knowledge of the Victorian property market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• The ability to adapt to new technology
• Excellent time management skills

This flexible role will initially be one to two days per week depending on the applicant. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of real estate including administration, photography, residential and commercial sales and property management. Support will be offered to assist you obtain the necessary qualifications to become an Agent’s Representative and then work in the business as an Agent under the guidance of two fully licensed Real Estate Agents.
